Responsibilities

  • Responsibility: Independently setting up, converting and optimizing production systems as well as ensuring a smooth production process
  • Troubleshooting: Analysis and elimination of malfunctions to minimize downtimes and sustainably improve system availability
  • Optimization: Active participation in process optimization, CIP measures and product launches to increase quality, productivity and efficiency
  • Collaboration: passing on technical knowledge through support and training of employees and trainees
  • Further development: Continuous learning through training and development opportunities

Your mindset

  • Qualification: Completed technical training as an industrial mechanic, electronics engineer, mechatronics engineer or comparable field
  • Proximity to production: a strong technical understanding, quality and safety awareness
  • Technical know-how: experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and error analysis
  • Automation expertise: knowledge of PLCs, robotics and automated production systems
  • Improvement mentality: Interest in continuous improvement and process optimization
  • Strong communication skills: Very good knowledge of German for working with customers and teams, ideally basic knowledge of English

For this position in Germany, the annual target salary is at least EUR 51,978.35 per year. This includes the basic salary as well as a performance-related variable salary component. The salary for this position applies to candidates with full-time contracts located within Germany. Our salary ranges are determined in accordance with the collective bargaining regulations of the metal and electrical industry in North Rhine-Westphalia.
