Role Summary
Purpose of the position
Responsible for efficiently managing the logistics operations of AguP (Bosch Aguascalientes)
Position Profile
a) Minimum Level of Studies: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Engineering
b) Specialty: Industrial or related, postgraduate degree desirable.
c) English: Advanced
d) Years of experience: 7 +
Responsibilities
- Security in warehouses and logistics areas
- Customer service level (OE/AA/OES)
- Logistics Cost
- Inventories (TCT / Value)
- Extra time (LOM, LOW)
- IDC for logistical issues
- CPM (for logistical issues)
Promote safety, health and environmental protection in accordance with ISO 140001/ISO 45001 and applicable standards.
Attendance and contribution at the following meetings and conferences
- Production diary.
- AguP leader team (weekly and monthly).
- OPM Leader team NA, (weekly and monthly).
- Monthly CC/LOG (CC/LO Germany).
- Member of the North American Logistics Committee (LCNA).
- Managerial MRB.
- Weekly staff LOG.
- Weekly security.
- Problem Solving Monthly TMM (technical monthly meeting).
- ➢ Responsible for compliance with the KPIs assigned to Logística AguP.
- ➢ Responsible for improvement projects in logistics operations.
- ➢ Responsible for BPyy / CFx / activities as well as reporting of deviations.
- ➢ Responsible for compliance with dates of action plans, GPD's, OPL's of Management
- review, etc.
- ➢ Timely escalation of supplier issues, according to CP escalation matrix.
- Know the environmental, safety and occupational health objectives of your area and plant.
- Know the environmental aspects associated with your workplace, as well as the operational controls established for them, as well as the dangers and risks in your work activities. *It said risks and opportunities.
- Know the Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policy.
- Identify the leader of the Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety Management Systems.
- Know the emergency response plan and carry it out when necessary.
- Participate in Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental training that corresponds to your position in the company.
- Compliance with health, safety and environmental standards established in the company.
- Timely reporting of unsafe acts or conditions.
Requirements

- Planning, Traffic, Foreign trade, warehouse management).
- OE customer portals and guidelines (Ford, FCA, GM, Honda, Nissan, etc..)
