Responsibilities
- Execute purchasing processes for goods and/or services
- Control and monitoring of purchase requests, attention and response in a timely manner

- Direct purchases made in accordance with the guidelines established by the area

- Negotiated long-term supplier agreements

Requirements
- At least 1 year of verifiable experience in purchasing/acquisitions areas or department
- Strong set of skills to build relationships with both suppliers and internal customers
- Experience with processes of Humanitarian Sector Operations (NGOs)
- Education or training
- Technical or University Degree in Administration, Transportation Economics, Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Knowledge and skills
- Office packaging, internet and different online learning or collaborative platforms
