Role Summary

• Carrying out training, education and training for employees at the federal level
• Analysis of learning and qualification needs as well as participation in the development of suitable training programs, courses and curricula
• Creation, updating and further development of learning content for face-to-face, digital and hybrid training formats
• Support in the further development of the Securitas security school as well as certifications and recertifications
• Documentation of training courses carried out according to AZAV specifications as well as maintenance of relevant reports and key figures
• Support and advice for participants on qualification opportunities, development paths and integration opportunities
• Collaboration with internal departments, funding management, the employment agency as well as relevant associations and audit committees

Requirements

Qualification as a master for protection and security, IHK-certified plant protection master or comparable qualification; Alternatively, a degree in security management, security technology or comparable

• Experience in training, knowledge transfer, training conception or adult education
• Professional experience in the operational security industry, in the military or a comparable environment
• Good knowledge of English and confident use of digital learning and work materials
• Willingness to travel within Germany and occasional weekend work
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working with a high practical orientation
