As a Matrix42 Developer, you will develop and optimize our central enterprise service management platform. Together with IT, HR, data protection and other departments, you will digitize business processes, develop intelligent workflows and ensure that our Matrix42 platform is operated reliably, efficiently and future-proof.

You will not only be responsible for the technical implementation, but will also actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our platform architecture and our digital processes.

Responsibilities

Your tasks include

• Further development, administration and maintenance of our Matrix42 platform (including service desk, asset management, service catalog and workflows)
• Development and implementation of automation, e.g. B. for user management, on- and offboarding, access management or license management
• Development and adaptation of business workflows, forms, services, UI configurations and backend modules (SPS, PCK and web services)
• Development and integration of interfaces to third-party systems, such as Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Jira or HR systems
• Analyzing and fixing technical errors as well as continuously optimizing the performance, stability and quality of the platform
• Close collaboration with data protection, HR, IT infrastructure and other departments to digitize and optimize cross-departmental processes
• Participation in architectural decisions and the strategic development of our Matrix42 platform
• Documentation of technical solutions as well as support in the introduction of new functions and processes

• This is what you bring with you
• Several years of practical experience in the development and administration of Matrix42 solutions
• Very good knowledge of Matrix42 Object Designer and Workflow Designer
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, ASQL, Microsoft SQL Server and PowerShell
• Experience in developing and integrating REST and SOAP interfaces
• Secure handling of complex data models as well as role and authorization concepts
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and ITSM processes
• Ideally experience in connecting IAM, HR or ERP systems
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoy actively developing processes and designing solutions together with different departments
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
• That's a plus
• Experience with Enterprise Service Management (ESM)
• Knowledge of IT asset management or software asset management
• Experience with ITIL or ITSM frameworks
• Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Graph or the Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps or Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with agile project methods (Scrum or Kanban)
