Role Summary

• Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships at all levels of the customer organization - from technical contacts to managers and decision-makers
• Analyzing customer requirements as well as developing and positioning tailor-made solutions in the area of Electrical Test & Measurement
• Developing and implementing sustainable sales strategies to develop new business potential and further expand existing customer relationships
• Expanding existing key accounts as well as identifying, acquiring and developing new customers with the aim of sustainable sales growth
• Leading contract and price negotiations as well as supporting complex sales projects until successful completion
• Representing the company at trade fairs, congresses and customer events as well as actively maintaining relevant networks
• Observing market, technology and competition developments and deriving suitable measures to strengthen the market position

Requirements

• Completed technical or business studies or a comparable qualification, such as vocational training with appropriate further training
• Professional experience in key account management, technical sales or business development in the electrical industry or measurement and testing technology
• Technical understanding of products and solutions that require explanation as well as the ability to provide customers with competent advice at different levels
• Strong customer orientation, negotiation skills and confident demeanor towards decision-makers
• Strategic way of thinking and an independent and structured way of working
• Fluent German and English skills
• Willingness to travel of around 30% in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg
• Residence in northern Germany or willingness to move to this region
