Role Summary

DO & CO is looking for an experienced and passionate Japanese Head Chef to join our vibrant team in Vienna. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing authentic Japanese cuisine for our luxury aircraft catering service. You will lead the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food and ensure that all meals meet our standards.

• Cooking and serving authentic Japanese cuisine of the highest standard
• Leadership of the kitchen team in food preparation
• Maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen environment
• Compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Inventory management and ordering of necessary materials

Requirements

• Must have experience in Japanese cuisine
• Must be able to work in a busy kitchen environment.
• Attitude to provide high quality service with attention to detail
• Fluency in German and/or English
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
