Role Summary

• Responsible for a specific position in the kitchen
• Ensuring consistent preparation of food to established standards
• Monitoring and ensuring the quality of all prepared food
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Working closely with other Chef de Partie and the Head Chef
• Coordination of processes between the various positions

Requirements

• Completed professional training as a chef and several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Enjoy working with exquisite food
• An exceptional eye for detail, excellent knowledge of all modern cooking methods and a vast knowledge of authentic and classic dishes
• Sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Good knowledge of German and/or English
