Role Summary

• Culinary management and operational responsibility for international catering operations
• Use at Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends in the Paddock Club™
• Ensuring our quality and service standards
• Management and coordination of international kitchen teams
• Collaborate with operations and service teams
• Participation in the development of menus and food concepts

Working as a sous chef in one of our DO & CO fine dining restaurants in Vienna

Requirements

• Completed culinary training and several years of experience as a sous chef or head chef
• Experience in fine dining, upscale catering or event catering
• Valid work permit for Austria
• Structured way of working and leadership skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work internationally
• Very good knowledge of English, other languages would be an advantage
• Team orientation and independent work
