IT Cyber Security Lead (m/w/d)

Role Summary

• Control and further development of the global cyber security program with a focus on ensuring compliance of legal entities
• Supporting locations in Europe and the USA in implementing NIS2, CRA, ISO/IEC 27001 and other requirements
• Development and rollout of security policies, processes, templates and guidelines
• Definition and introduction of central security services and processes for the entire organization
• Conception and establishment of SOC services (internal or external)
• Carrying out security training, awareness measures and process introductions

Advising our customers on the implementation of technical and organizational measures in accordance with NIS2 in networked transport infrastructure (e.g. system hardening, segmentation, incident processes)

Collaboration with MDs, ISOs, product development, solutions & sales teams and central IT

Monitoring and reporting of security metrics and compliance status

Requirements

• You have a degree in computer science, IT security or comparable qualifications
• You already have several years of experience in the field of cyber security, ideally in an international environment
• Application of in-depth knowledge of NIS2, CRA, ISO/IEC 27001 as well as the structure and operation of ISMS
• You already have experience in advising on technical and organizational security measures
• Your know-how in security processes, SOC concepts and securing OT/IoT systems makes you ideal
• You have strong communication skills and a confident demeanor towards management and departments
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
