Internal Sales Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for an internal technical person for the Fluid Connectors division in our offices in Sant Quirze del Vallès to provide support in different strategic markets and address the following needs:

Provide support to the Sales Engineering team.

Making budgets and monitoring open offers.

Customer service in first-level technical consultations, via telephone or video conference.

Communication with the group's factories, mainly France and Germany.

Search for business opportunities for the division; telephone prospecting.

Preparation of load books and technical feasibility studies for new projects.

Requirements

Languages

• B2 English level: you must be able to speak, understand and write. To highlight the understanding of technical information about the company's products.
• Spanish advanced level.
• Knowledge of Portuguese is valuable.
• Engineering Studies: Technical diploma, technical degree and/or higher vocational training in a technical field.
• Communication skills: Listen, understand and meet the needs when dealing with our clients over the telephone. Problem solving skills.
• Honest and empathetic person.
• Organization and proactivity.
• Problem solving.
• Eager to learn and committed to undertaking a long collaboration.
