Inhouse Consultant Kapitalanlage (m/w/d)

Role Summary

As an internal contact, you advise on technical topics relating to the management of investments and act as a sparring partner in the team.

You design and optimize processing and administration processes from conception to implementation to testing suitable technical solutions and support the team with current tasks.

You ensure high data quality and ensure the efficient, audit-proof fulfillment of regulatory requirements.

You prepare complex issues in a way that is appropriate for the target audience and provide a reliable basis for decision-making for management.

You coordinate collaboration with internal and external partners and represent the interests of asset management in cross-departmental projects and committees.

Requirements

• Completed master's degree in economics, mathematics or physics or a comparable degree, supplemented by relevant professional experience in the financial sector or at an accounting firm - ideally in an investment environment
• In-depth knowledge of financial instruments and their accounting.
• You have professional experience in investment management or auditing and approach complex tasks in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
• Confident handling of agile working methods and modern project management methods, including routine use of AI tools for analysis, process optimization and decision support.
• You impress with strong analytical and conceptual skills, high accuracy, organizational skills and strong communication and teamwork skills in demanding stakeholder constellations.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least B2-C1).
