Role Summary
Within the Fluid Connectors Systems division, and in support of the local Methods Manager, you will manage and participate in the industrialization of new products for different markets, particularly in IT cooling.
- In this context, your missions will be as follows:
- Drive initiatives to improve the cleanliness of production processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Manage the development of different production processes for the integration of new products
- Participate in automation projects to optimize local production lines
- Analyze, develop and implement standardized procedures in order to harmonize industrialization practices across different sites
- Support the expansion of production capacities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service
Requirements
- Training: Bac +5 of general or technical type (mechanics, materials, etc.)
- Experience: 2 years of minimum experience (excluding internships and work-study programs) in a similar position or in a technical/industrial field, including concrete operational activities.
Special knowledge
- Machining manufacturing processes
- Industrial automated assembly and assembly processes
- Project management
- Large series assembly
- Soft skills: multicultural appetite, team spirit, rigor, analytical mind, and interpersonal skills.
- Languages: French, fluent English required. Mandarin is a plus
Benefits
- After a 3-month training period on the Stäubli Faverges Site (integration, product and tools training, first field experience), you will be assigned to our local unit based in China, in Hangzhou.
- Position to be filled for LIFE, duration of 24 months.
