Role Summary

• Be our expert in the area of occupational safety and bring the topic closer to our team
• Advise our team leaders and employees at our two production sites near Berlin and Regensburg on all questions relating to occupational safety
• Define suitable measures to prevent and protect against work accidents
• Observe and document health and safety risks when designing work processes and workplaces
• Create suggestions for improvement and implement them independently. Furthermore, the planning and organization of training measures is in your hands

Requirements

• Commercial professional experience or experience in the automotive sector
• Further training or several years of professional experience as an occupational safety specialist would be desirable
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety and a solution-oriented way of working
• Independent work, organizational skills and your communication talent are among your strengths
