Role Summary

Six Sigma Tools is a well-established, fast-growing trading company in the field of cutting tools with locations in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. As a Group HR generalist, you will look after the HR issues of our around 60 employees in the DACH region. The position is located at our location in Weil am Rhein.

Responsibilities

  • You will manage HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from entry to exit
  • You are the first point of contact for employees and managers for personnel-related questions
  • You create employment contracts, contract changes, references and other HR documents and maintain our personnel master data and files
  • You coordinate HR-related topics with external partners such as payroll service providers, insurance companies and specialist consultants
  • You create HR evaluations and support the organization of internal employee events
  • You will be involved in HR projects and further develop our processes with a focus on digitalization and automation

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in the HR sector and in-depth knowledge of personnel administration
  • Good knowledge of German labor and social security law and experience with Switzerland or Austria are an advantage
  • Independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as a high degree of discretion and service orientation
  • Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English and French are an advantage
  • Confident use of MS Office and enjoyment of digital working methods
