Responsibilities

• Block core module design and development
• System maintenance and performance optimization
• Follow up on industry technology developments and carry out practical applications

Requirements

1. Computer-related major, bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years of development experience, and experience in underlying blockchain development.
2. Programming language: proficient in Go, Rust (required)
3. Operating system and network: Familiar with Linux system programming, process threads, and network IO; master P2P network protocols (libp2p, Kademlia), gossip propagation mechanism, and be able to implement high-concurrency network services.
4. Consensus mechanism: Understand PoW, PoS, PBFT, HotStuff, etc., and master the principles of Byzantine fault tolerance and consistency.
5. Public knowledge: Familiar with CosmosSDK related principles and codes. Bonus points: Familiar with the relevant principles and codes of public connections.
6. Cryptography: Proficient in Keccak, (ECDSA, EdDSA, BLS), (secp256k1); (zkSNARK, zkSTARK).
7. Data structure and storage: block and transaction structure, Merkle Tree, Patricia Trie, Verkle Tree; master LevelDB/RocksDB for state storage, snapshots and clipping.
8. Virtual machine and execution environment: Understand the working principle, Gas model and security of EVM; Bonus points: Understand SVM and WASM.
9. Engineering and tools: Familiar with Docker/K8s deployment test network, master CI/CD and performance tuning tools (perf, pprof).
10. Advanced direction: Layer2 (Rollup, state channel), cross-chain protocol (IBC, XCMP), data availability (Celestia), privacy technology (ZKP circuit design).
11. Bonus points: Proficient in the SubStrate framework
