AI Agent Product Expert (C-side Finance)

【About the position】

1. How does AI help finance achieve business growth? This is a difficult problem that the global financial industry is currently exploring, but there is no mature paradigm to follow.
2. We don’t want to be a Chatbot that hangs on the homepage of the App and answers general questions. The core mission of this position is: from the perspective of trading users, explore how AI Agent can reconstruct users’ market understanding, trading decisions and risk management links, and bring measurable business increments (activation, retention and transaction conversion) to the platform.
3. You will not take over a given list of requirements, but will need to independently solve the problem, formulate hypotheses, design MVP and get results.

Responsibilities

1. C-side scenario analysis and growth exploration: In-depth analysis of users’ decision-making pain points in the transaction link, identification of high-value Agent scenarios (such as market assistance, decision support, strategy explanation, risk reminder and asset review), and verification of AI’s actual ROI on business growth.
2. Design high-trust Agent interaction: Solve the pain points of AI illusion in serious financial scenarios, and find a balance between intelligent guidance, risk reminders, compliance boundaries and user independent decision-making.
3. Lead the Agent product closed loop: define the product form, core assumptions, MVP scope and verification indicators, link the algorithm, engineering, risk control and operation teams to promote the launch and use business data to review the value.
4. Establish transaction-level Agent evaluation standards: Establish an evaluation system for financial scenarios (focusing on intent recognition accuracy, tool invocation, factual accuracy, security and business transformation effects).

Requirements

1. Background of a major manufacturer/mainstream AI company: Have experience in a first-tier major manufacturer, a leading AI company, or a mature AI product team, and have completely led AI Agent, AI assistant, or AI native products for real users.
2. In-depth understanding of financial/trading scenarios: Have experience in financial transactions, investments, securities firms, market prices, and wealth management related products, and understand the real psychology and decision-making pain points of trading users.
3. C-side business and growth acumen: Have a strong growth perspective, be able to design AI products from the perspectives of user activation, retention, transaction conversion and trust establishment, and reject "AI for AI's sake".
4. Able to independently solve problems, verify directions, promote launch, and use data to review product value in a highly uncertain environment.
