Job responsibilities
- Compliance product planning and management
Responsible for the planning, design and management of compliance products of digital currency exchanges to ensure that platform products comply with local laws, regulations and industry standards.
Responsible for the planning and management of branch products, and collaborate with regional teams to promote product localization and compliance adaptation to meet the compliance requirements of different markets.
- Research on compliance policies and regulations
Continuously track changes in digital currency compliance policies and regulations in major global markets, and assess and analyze the impact of compliance risks on the company's business.
According to the regulatory requirements of various countries, we coordinate internal resources, promote the implementation of compliance policies and product adjustments, and ensure continued business compliance.
- Compliance and risk control product design
Design and optimize compliance functional modules, such as user identity authentication, anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), etc., to improve platform compliance and security.
Develop and improve compliance tools and systems, improve the automation and review efficiency of compliance processes, and ensure user data security.
- Cross-department collaboration and demand management
Work closely with technology, legal, risk control, operations and other teams to balance compliance requirements and business needs and promote compliance optimization.
Independently write compliance product requirements documents (PRD), and coordinate resources from all parties to complete design, development and launch.
- Branch station localization and market adaptation
Responsible for the planning and execution of sub-station products in different regional markets, and make product adjustments and service optimization according to local compliance requirements.
Work closely with local operations and marketing teams to understand user needs and market differences, and promote the development and implementation of localized products.
- Compliance risk assessment and monitoring
Participate in compliance risk assessment of platform business and formulate compliance improvement plans and response strategies.
Monitor the compliance implementation of products after they are launched to ensure continued compliance with regulatory requirements in various regions.
- Compliance data and report management
Design and optimize compliance data monitoring and reporting systems to ensure accurate and timely data and provide support for management decision-making.
Regularly report compliance product progress, problems and optimization suggestions to management, and provide professional compliance support.
Job requirements
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in law, finance, computer, international trade and other related fields are preferred.
More than 2 years of Internet product management experience, and at least 1 year of experience in compliance or branch product management.
Be familiar with the digital currency industry and understand the compliance requirements for trading platform operations and related regulations (such as AML, KYC, data protection, etc.).
Have strong awareness of compliance risks and be able to proactively identify and resolve compliance issues in products.
Familiar with product life cycle management, able to independently write PRD and promote product implementation.
Have good cross-department communication and collaboration skills, and be able to work closely with legal, risk control, technology, and operations teams.
