Role Summary

Help us equip the roofs of the Vienna + Lower Austria region with solar energy! We advise private customers on their way to their own photovoltaic system. Since there is currently huge interest in sustainable energy, we are looking for a friendly representative who can make initial contact with our interested parties. If you are looking for a meaningful task that can be flexibly integrated into your life - whether alongside your studies, your main job or during maternity leave - then you have come to the right place.

Responsibilities

As the first contact person, you are our company's business card and pave the way for successful advice:

• Active contact: You call private customers who have made an inquiry for a PV system - speed is the key to success here.
• Needs check: With a handful of targeted questions, you can find out whether the customer's project fits our portfolio.
• Appointment management: If suitable, book consultation appointments directly into the calendar of our sales experts.
• Logistical skills: Using a digital map, you can plan appointments so that our field staff can drive efficient and time-saving routes.

Requirements

• Personality: You are extremely friendly, communicative and enjoy inspiring people on the phone.
• Language: Perfect German is standard for you in order to professionally advise our demanding private customers.
• Structure: You keep track of many requests and work conscientiously with calendars and map tools.
• Place of residence: Living in or near Vienna is a nice bonus, but not a requirement.
