Field Service Engineer/ Servisní technik ROB CZ

Role Summary

In order to strengthen our service activities in Bohemia and Moravia with an extension to neighboring countries, we are now looking for a new colleague for the position of Field Service Engineer for innovative Stäubli products, especially industrial robots.

Our service team provides the highest quality service support while creating and building strong customer relationships, supporting Stäubli's vision as a long-term partner and solutions provider.

Responsibilities

• What will be your main focus?
• You will be fully responsible for service interventions for customers in Moravia and the Czech Republic, and occasionally you will also participate in planned services in other countries (Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, Slovenia).
• Give technical advice, analyze the causes of failures and provide remote support during standard working hours (we do not work at night or on weekends).
• Quality service necessarily includes timely and consistent reporting of one's own activities in the CRM system, including the management of open service cases and the delivery of documents for invoicing to colleagues in the office.

Requirements

• A reliable colleague with strong technical knowledge (electrical engineering, mechanics, automation, industrial communication) and previous experience in industrial maintenance; experience directly with industrial robots is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• A resilient and independent personality with good interpersonal relationships and the ability to communicate even in challenging situations.
• An active driver ready to spend approximately 80% of working time with customers and on the road with knowledge of English as part of our international team.
