Role Summary

Our goal is a solar system on every roof, a storage system in every house and an electric car in every garage. Enpal makes this possible with an integrated overall solution for decentralized energy - from solar systems and battery storage to wallboxes, smart meters and heat pumps. Responsibilities

• In the field, you acquire customers and convince them of our innovative solutions.
• You collect key technical data from the customers in order to check the feasibility of the solution.
• By expanding your network, you continuously expand your customer base.
• Your interest in convincing people of your skills in sales discussions leads to you generating successful orders from offers.
• You continuously optimize your performance in regular feedback discussions with your manager.
• With your contribution and the highly committed sales team, you will help build the largest energy company of the 21st century.

Requirements

• You already have several years of experience in selling complex solutions, ideally in the field.
• You are characterized by a likeable, open-minded and strong communicative personality, as well as your loyalty as a team player.
• Success- and solution-oriented thinking as well as a positive charisma characterize your appearance.
• You value personal development and good career opportunities.
• With strong, proactive self-motivation, you are passionate about your goals and achievements.
• A Class B driving license is one of your qualifications.
• Your verbal and written German skills are at a business-fluent level.
