Perfect – bring your existing network and experience with you and scale your business with AI-supported processes instead of spending time on admin work. HireStack takes care of matching, research and document creation - you focus on the essentials.

• Acquisition of new corporate customers
• Identification of personnel needs
• Recruiting & acquisition of specialists and managers
• Conduct customer and candidate interviews
• Presentation of suitable candidates to companies
• Accompanying the entire placement process
• Building a long-term regional network
• Independent development of your partner region

Recruitment

• 80% success commission if you win the customer AND the candidate
• 40% success commission if only the customer OR candidate comes from you
• Temporary employment
• 30% contribution to the contribution margin if you have acquired a customer AND an employee
• 20% contribution to the contribution margin if only your customer OR employee comes from you

Independent collaboration – you design your sales and recruiting activities independently. Transparent documentation in the system, billing according to partner agreement.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial thinking & desire for independence
• Experience in recruiting, personnel consulting or B2B sales – an advantage, but not a must
• Enjoy acquisition and long-term relationship building
• Independent, structured way of working
• Communication and negotiation skills
