Role Summary

As an Executor at SWARCO you join the Via15 project. An iconic infrastructure project in which different disciplines and contractors work simultaneously on the same assignment. Within this project, SWARCO is responsible for the realization of, among other things, public lighting, matrix signal generators, traffic control installations, roadside systems and fiber optic connections along more than 24 kilometers of highway.

You ensure that plans become reality. You will supervise the external implementation and functionally manage both your own colleagues and subcontractors. You are involved in the preparation from the start and ensure that the location organization is in place before the work starts. You then monitor progress, quality, safety and costs during implementation. You work intensively with work planners, project leaders and other members of the project team and ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done and when.

You are visibly present outside. You keep an overview of the work, identify risks and intervene before problems arise. At the same time, you look further than just today's planning. You think ahead, see similarities between activities and continuously look for ways to work more efficiently without making concessions to safety or quality.

You have a lot of contact with different parties. From mechanics and operators to clients and stakeholders. You coordinate work, monitor agreements and ensure that everyone has the same expectations. You also keep a close eye on the financial side of the project. You understand that a smart executor not only looks at what is technically possible, but also at what is logical and responsible for the project result.

Safety plays a central role in everything you do. You provide toolboxes, workplace inspections and starting work instructions and ensure that everyone goes home safely at the end of the day. That is not a mandatory number for you, but a self-evident part of good craftsmanship.

Requirements

Who we are looking for You have not only learned the trade from books, but you know the practical aspects of implementation. Perhaps you once started outdoors yourself and developed yourself step by step. You understand what is going on in the workplace, get people involved and know when you need to make adjustments. This makes you a discussion partner for both the project team and the people outside.

You are clear in your communication and take responsibility for the choices you make. You pay attention to safety, quality and the project result. You think ahead, see risks coming and understand that a good executor looks beyond today's planning. You also do not lose sight of the financial side of a project.

About the Company

As an Executor, you are the one who takes control. You monitor progress, bring parties together and ensure that the work outside is carried out safely, efficiently and according to plan.
