Role Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in managing daily operations and strategic priorities. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings, handling communications, organizing travel arrangements, and ensuring executives can focus on high-impact initiatives.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, anticipate executive needs, and help improve operational efficiency in a fast-paced remote environment.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or a similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and other productivity tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced or international organization is a plus.
