Role Summary

CSM (Customer Success Manager) is responsible for ensuring that customers obtain maximum value from contracted solutions and services, driving Onboarding (implementation), Adoption of the solution, Expansion (cross-selling and upselling), contract renewal, customer retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Customer relationship management

  • Act as a single point of contact for the customer.
  • Develop relationships with those responsible for maintenance, energy, Facility Managers and also executive levels.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).

Customer success and adoption

  • Define and manage Success Plans.
  • Ensure user training.
  • Monitor the adoption and use of the solution.
  • Support the client in obtaining measurable results.

Renewal and growth

  • Manage contract renewals.
  • Identify Expansion opportunities (new assets, sites or services).
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to convert opportunities identified during the operation.

Internal coordination

  • Work together with the areas of Sales, Services, Technical Support, Customer Success Hub, Product Management and Partners.
  • Resolve incidents escalated by customers.

Voice of the customer

  • Collect customer feedback.
  • Propose product and service improvements.
  • Maintain and track customer health metrics.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Experience in recurring services and industrial environments.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in oil transformers.
  • Knowledge of large electro-intensive customers.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Schneider portfolio.
  • Understanding of IoT, Cloud, Digital Services and EcoStruxure.
  • Experience with Salesforce and digital tools.
  • Advanced English
  • Advanced Spanish
