Agent d'Ordonnancement Logistique (H/F)

Role Summary

As part of the development of our activity, we are looking for a Logistics Scheduling Agent (M/F) to strengthen our team.

Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, you ensure the daily coordination of flows and the smooth running of preparation and shipping operations.

Scheduling and flow management

Check the proper integration of information between the different IT systems.

Check the consistency of the data necessary for order preparation.

Adjust and correct information when necessary to ensure smooth operations.

Define and readjust preparation priorities based on emergencies and operational constraints.

Launch the preparation waves in the WMS.

Monitor the progress of preparations and shipments.

Identify and report anomalies impacting deadlines or quality of service.

Operational coordination

Be the preferred contact between the field teams and the various internal services.

Transmit the operational instructions necessary for the smooth running of the activity.

Participate in resolving daily hazards.

Contribute to compliance with deadlines, procedures and safety rules.

Activity support

Participate punctually in logistics operations depending on workload.

Contribute to improving the organization and processes of the service.

Requirements

Training and experience

• Bac to Bac+2 training in logistics, transport, production management or equivalent.
• Initial experience in logistics, transport operations, scheduling, supply chain or industrial environment is an asset.
