Role Summary

You develop dynamic and flexible IT infrastructures for the modern workplace with Intune, M365 and W365, define a mobile device strategy and work with Microsoft and Apple operating systems with a focus on compliance, security and remote access; Together with an almost 100-strong ART team, you will design the workplace of the future.

Drive innovation: Bring in new ideas, integrate future-proof IT strategies and strengthen our technological lead.

Lead quality management: ensure the introduction of high-quality IT solutions, establish standards, metrics and reviews and ensure sustainable quality.

Observe technologies: Follow market trends, evaluate solutions and derive well-founded recommendations for action for the further development of our IT vision.

You work closely with product owners, security and operations, orchestrate dependencies in ART and ensure smooth implementation across teams.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in (business) informatics, engineering or training in the IT sector, alternatively comparable qualifications through relevant professional and project experience.
  • You have extensive experience in IT architecture projects, preferably in workplace technology and the modern workplace environment.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the design and implementation of Intune, M365, W365, Mobile Device Management, Microsoft and Apple operating systems as well as in compliance, security strategies and remote access.
  • You transform complex technologies into user-friendly, high-performance and maintainable infrastructures and think in end-to-end processes.
  • Experience in quality management including standard definition, test conception, automation, monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least B2-C1).
