Role Summary
You work in the agile GoDS team in the area of output management and are actively involved in planning, operation and further development, in interaction with specialist departments and providers.
You will reliably support our Windows servers and the standard products Inspire, sysHUB, DocBridge Suite, TextLab and DOPiX in day-to-day operations and keep an eye on dependencies.
You are responsible for operations, release changes, monitoring, security and patch management for the platform as well as the stability of the connected applications and control incident, problem and change management according to defined processes.
You drive forward the modernization of the infrastructure, design improvements and use automation in a targeted manner.
Automate recurring tasks with scripts, maintain documentation and provide support with disruptions, changes and deployments.
Requirements
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, engineering or training in the IT sector, alternatively comparable qualifications through relevant professional and project experience.
- You have technical and specialist knowledge of Windows servers and thus make a significant contribution to the stability of the applications.
- Experience in operation and administration of output software suites, ideally Inspire, sysHUB, DocBridge Suite, TextLab and DOPiX, including installation, configuration, error analysis, release and patching processes.
- You see yourself as an enabler for other teams, share knowledge, work in a service-oriented manner and communicate clearly.
- Analytical way of working and problem-solving skills, an eye for new requirements and practical solutions, quick familiarization with heterogeneous application landscapes as well as routine in monitoring, scripting, e.g. B. with PowerShell and automation.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least B2-C1).
