Role Summary

Our goal is a solar system on every roof, a storage system in every house and an electric car in every garage. Enpal makes this possible with an integrated overall solution for decentralized energy - from solar systems and battery storage to wallboxes, smart meters and heat pumps. The centerpiece is our AI-supported platform Enpal.One http://Enpal.One+, which intelligently networks thousands of systems and efficiently optimizes electricity procurement and feed-in into the energy market.

Responsibilities

• You support our customers with their inquiries and concerns and are the first point of contact by telephone and email.
• Your focus will be on customer support over the telephone and the reliable processing of incoming emails.
• You work in a permanent team and support the processing and forwarding of customer concerns.
• You work closely with various operational teams at Enpal to resolve issues in a structured manner.
• You will continuously develop through regular training on our products, processes and internal procedures.

Requirements

• Matriculated student with a service-oriented way of working and enjoys dealing with people.
• You have very good knowledge of German (at least C1) both spoken and written.
• You are a strong communicator, empathetic and solution-oriented personality with a lot of team spirit
• You already have initial experience in customer service or similar areas, or are an ambitious career changer
• You have a positive, open-minded charisma and you attach great importance to reliable and service-oriented customer support.
