Role Summary

Ensuring that all activities carried out within the scope of Service Organization (Facility and Field) are carried out in accordance with Bosch Rexroth OHS (HSE), quality and labor standards, local legislation, CE directives and all relevant facility instructions and rules,

• Carrying out repair, testing and field service works in accordance with the relevant norms and rules,
• Repair and testing of proportional and servo valves,
• Execution of service-related SAP transactions, especially notification transactions,
• Evaluating customer warranty requests and preparing warranty reports,
• Providing field service at the customer site, preparing field service reports, and providing commissioning and operation support,
• Providing commissioning and start-up support to customers,

Taking necessary actions according to the results of the central audit.

Requirements

Graduated from Vocational High School or Vocational School related departments (Departments such as Mechanical, Hydraulics, Construction Equipment, Mechatronics, etc.),

• Having technical competence especially in servo valves and proportional valves,
• Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel),
• Have basic hydraulic and preferably electrical knowledge,
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic circuit diagrams and technical drawings,
• Knowledgeable about SAP sales and service modules,
• Caliper, micrometer etc. Having knowledge of standard measuring instruments and being able to actively use them,
• Obtained the discipline of on-time and quality production, careful, prone to team work,
• Knowledgeable about 5S, clean and tidy,

Knowledgeable and enforcer of General Occupational Safety and Environmental Rules and Practices.
