Role Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and organized warehouse coordinator to join our team in Juárez, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating warehouse operations, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient movement of merchandise through our facilities. The selected individual will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic warehouse environment while maintaining professional standards and safety protocols. • Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and shipping stock • Manage and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems (WMS)

Monitor stock levels and report on inventory status and discrepancies • Organize and optimize warehouse layout to ensure efficient use of space • Coordinate with logistics, sales and purchasing teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders • Record data and maintain detailed documentation of all warehouse transactions

Perform periodic inventory audits and reconcile physical counts with system records. • Ensure compliance with warehouse security protocols and company policies. • Collaborate in the training and incorporation of new members of the warehouse staff. • Identify and implement process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency. • Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding shipment status and delivery times. • Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or related warehouse operations • Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral • Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn to use new software systems • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team

Physical ability to perform warehouse duties, including standing for long periods of time • Advantage: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English • Advantage: Forklift certificate or experience operating material handling equipment • Advantage: Experience with logistics software and supply chain management systems • Problem-solving ability and experience implementing process improvements.
