Role Summary
Within the Cybersecurity Division, you will integrate the Response product as Deputy Manager of the Response Team, you will be immersed in high-criticality environments which will allow you to quickly understand the challenges of our response activities for our customers.
Your role and missions
Under the responsibility of the Response Product Manager, you act as an Assistant in support of strategic aspects while taking autonomy on industrialization sites and operations, through activities such as:
You contribute to the product strategy and its roadmap, and you provide marketing support, including pricing positioning, customer relations and support for sales teams in product promotion.
You contribute as an expert during complex pre-sales phases to demonstrate your end-to-end mastery of our response processes and ensure the proposal matches the customer's needs.
You standardize and industrialize technical response offers, guaranteeing an approach aligned with business challenges and interoperable with clients' technological ecosystems (third-party publishers, proprietary tools).
You manage production by orchestrating the work of technical experts for the engineering of playbooks and their technical integration.
You define and manage test and exercise campaigns, and you integrate feedback for the optimization and continuous improvement of response capabilities.
You provide training, supervision and management of operational teams in implementing responses to security incidents.
