Within the Cyber Division, you will join the “Protect” Value Center and you will work at the heart of the “Protect Data” team.

Your role and missions

As a Data Protection Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of data protection strategies throughout its life cycle, for our clients in the Paris or Toulouse region depending on your location.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include

  • Technical Consulting: You provide ongoing support to customers, resolving incidents and offering technical advice to optimize the use of existing solutions.
  • Solution Deployment: You are responsible for the implementation and configuration of data protection solutions, ensuring their seamless integration into customers' existing infrastructure.
  • Analysis of customer needs: you identify use cases and assess the data protection needs of our customers, proposing strategies and solutions adapted to their specific contexts and requirements.
  • Technology monitoring: you ensure constant monitoring of technological and regulatory developments in terms of data protection, in order to propose relevant improvements and updates.
  • You will be required to carry out consulting, implementation and/or management missions for data protection solutions for our customers in Technical Assistance (TA) or through our various Service Centers (CdS)

Requirements

Graduate from an engineering school or equivalent, you have at least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, particularly in data protection:

  • You master one or more classification and/or DLP/CASB (or even SASE) solutions. Data leak detection/protection.
  • You master one or more encryption/certificate solutions.
  • You are familiar with one or more Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) solutions.
  • You know data classification solutions.
  • Knowledge of compliance with regulations (such as GDPR, NIS2, DORA, etc.), knowledge of tools such as Ms Purview and ITIL processes would be a plus.
  • Publisher certifications on data protection solutions will be a plus
  • You are able to work in an English-speaking environment both orally and in writing.
