Customer Onboarding Manager - Alpha Online (m/w/d)

Role Summary

100% home office, regardless of whether you live in Flensburg or Freiburg. Your day consists of customer appointments, workshops and Jira tickets, not commuting. You bring new car dealerships onto the AlphaController, the software that controls every step from purchase to sale.

Location: Hamburg – almost 100% remote possible (residence in Germany required).

Responsibilities

• You manage the introduction of the AlphaController to new customers, from kick-off to go-live
• You set up the product so that it fits the processes of the respective car dealership
• You will lead workshops and training courses for the teams that will work with it on a daily basis in the future
• You keep appointments, deadlines and coordination between the customer and Alpha Online together
• You pass on requirements and error messages to development as tickets in Jira
• You document the onboarding phase in our systems

You start with an intensive training phase directly with the management and get to know the product, customers and market from the inside. We will then decide together whether your focus is on customer onboarding or customer success.

• What you bring with you
• German at C2 level, spoken and written
• Interest in complex software products and the willingness to delve deeply into it
• Desire for direct customer contact, on the phone, in video calls and on site at the car dealership
• Structured, analytical way of working: you keep an eye on several projects in parallel
• IT affinity in everyday life: Web applications, Microsoft 365 and Slack are routine for you
• Advantageous
• First points of contact with project work or customer contact, whether from an internship, student job or training
• Experience from the automobile trade or everyday car dealership life
• AI-oriented way of working: you actively use tools like Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot in your everyday work
• Experience with Jira, Salesforce or comparable tools
