Construction Supervisor

Role Summary

As a Supervisor you are responsible for supervising one or more construction projects. You work together with colleagues within the project team and have an independent role on the construction site.

You start the day at the construction site with an inspection. You go through the work together with the contractor, identify points of interest and discuss possible improvements. You then move on to the next project for a construction or work meeting, where you monitor progress and provide input from your role.

• Carrying out inspections and quality checks on construction projects;
• Checking whether the work is carried out in accordance with the contract, drawings, specifications and applicable laws and regulations;
• Identifying, recording and providing feedback on deviations to the project team;
• Monitoring safety, planning and quality on the construction site;
• Act as a point of contact for contractors, subcontractors and clients;

Participate in construction meetings and prepare reports.

Requirements

• You have an MBO+ education level with an architectural background;
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and contract forms (UAV, UAV-GC);
• Good communication skills and an eager to learn attitude;
• You like to be on the road;
