Associate Director - Project Management (Real Estate)

Role Summary

We are looking for an Associate Director to expand our real estate team.

Your activities include

• Advising clients at strategic and administrative level;
• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers;
• Identifying and realizing new business opportunities;
• Leading complex real estate projects and programs;
• Monitoring quality, performance and customer satisfaction;
• Preparing and presenting quotations, tenders and commercial proposals;
• Leading, coaching, developing and inspiring colleagues

Contributing to the further growth and positioning of Turner & Townsend in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• As an Associate Director you combine customer advice, leadership and entrepreneurship. You are responsible for further developing customer relationships, developing new assignments and successfully managing complex real estate programs and projects.
• You represent Turner & Townsend in the market, build sustainable partnerships and ensure that projects and teams perform successfully.
• You will also play an active role in the growth of our team by attracting talent, guiding colleagues in their development and helping to develop the next generation of project managers within Turner & Townsend.

Requirements

You are an enterprising professional who can think strategically and at the same time act results-oriented. You know how to connect people, build trust and convert complex challenges into concrete results.

In addition, you have

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in real estate project management, program management, consultancy or a similar environment;
• HBO or WO working and thinking level, preferably in Architecture, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Business Administration or a similar field;
• Experience with advising clients at management or board level;
• Demonstrable experience with business development, acquisition or relationship management;
• Strong leadership qualities and experience in developing teams;
• Commercial insight and an enterprising attitude;
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• Administrative, political and organizational sensitivity;

Affinity with developments in the field of sustainability, digitalization and innovation within the real estate sector.
