Construction accountant/measurement technician (m/f/d) full-time (permanent) at SWARCO AG in Ratekau, SH, Germany.

Role Summary

• Creation of measurement sketches and measurements (HVA) of our services in the area of cable line construction and traffic control technology
• Knowledge of VOB parts B and C
• Recording and determining services and measurements on site at the respective construction sites in collaboration with our construction management
• Checking plans, drawings and existing documents for completeness and plausibility
• Early communication of deviations, problems and necessary adjustments

Requirements

Completed technical training (e.g. construction, civil engineering, architecture, technical draftsman, surveying technology) or comparable qualification; If necessary, further training in measurement

• Professional experience: min. 1-3 years in surveying, construction, construction technology or similar environment is advantageous
• Experience with measurement software is an advantage
• Willingness to travel: You are mobile and may work for us on construction sites nationwide
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word); iTWO work software, ideally other industry software
