Role Summary

Within the Cyber Division, you will join the PREVENT Value Center and be part of the team in charge of the Crisis Management offer, in the anticipation and reaction phases.

The first consists of customer support on the issue of crisis management governance, which aims in particular to determine an organization and procedures, as well as business continuity. This approach also relies on customer awareness and training, in particular by carrying out role-playing exercises (tabletop exercise or simulation).

The reaction phase consists of supporting our customers during a major security incident or even a cyber crisis. In this regard, you will be able to play the role of crisis coordinator, inclined to support our clients, in the management, monitoring of actions and crisis communication.

You will join a close-knit team with a major role in the safety of our customers.

Your role and missions

You actively participate in the Crisis Management offer in a multilingual working environment where applicable;

You produce activities linked to the Crisis Management offer (preparation and running of workshops with clients, drafting of deliverables, preparation and management of awareness exercises);

  • You support and advise the client on the implementation of a crisis management plan or its improvement if necessary;
  • You take into account pre-sales missions (qualification of needs, drafting of commercial proposals and support) or complex post-sales missions;
  • You contribute to the strategy of the Crisis Management offer, by being a force for proposals on developments in the offer aimed at meeting customer needs;
