Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of baking techniques and experience . As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of baked goods, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
• Follow and develop recipes while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Decorate and present pastries and baked goods in an appealing manner.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure that all products are produced on time and are of good quality.
• Operate and maintain all baking equipment safely.
• Keep the kitchen and work areas clean and organized, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new recipes and menu items.
• Monitor oven temperatures, speed settings, mixing machines, and other baking equipment.
• Adjust recipes based on altitude, ingredient variations, and customer preferences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Baker or relevant role in a bakery or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry-making process.
• Creativity in crafting and presenting baked goods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
• No qualification required ( at least 2 year experience required)
