Responsibilities

• Analysis of markets, competitors and new business opportunities
• Support in the development and implementation of business development and growth strategies
• Identification and evaluation of potential partnerships and market opportunities
• Creation of analyses, business cases and decision templates
• Support with go-to-market and market entry projects
• Analysis and optimization of sales, CRM and pipeline processes
• Independent processing of strategic and operational projects
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

Requirements

• Studies in an economics, social sciences, engineering or quantitative subject, e.g. B. Business Administration, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, International Business, Business Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or a comparable course of study
• Study at a renowned university or business school; ideally at one of the leading universities in Germany or Europe
• Initial practical experience in business development, strategy, growth, consulting, startups, scale-ups, tech companies or venture capital is an advantage
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking as well as a structured way of working
• Interest in business models, markets and growth
• High level of initiative, willingness to learn and joy in taking on responsibility
• Very good knowledge of German and English
