AI & Management Teacher/Coach (all genders)

Role Summary

We are currently launching a new, exciting training program: AI for Leaders & Project Managers - part of a comprehensive AI Academy with which we make managers and project teams fit for the AI era, and we are currently looking for reinforcements for our team.

Have you used AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Codex or Copilot Studio in everyday project and management work - evaluated meetings, automated reports, created business cases, led teams through change processes - and now you want to pass on this knowledge instead of just using it in your own projects? As an AI & Management Coach, you support executives and project managers professionally and didactically through their AI training: You answer their questions, help them overcome the hurdles in business case creation, stakeholder communication and change projects, and ensure that in the end they not only use AI tools, but also sustainably anchor an AI-first culture in their teams and projects.

You assess learning progress, support peer learning formats and on-demand mentoring and give structured, constructive feedback. Through close contact with the learners, you will also actively contribute to the further development of our new training program - in close collaboration with the Coaching Team Lead, the Learning Team and other interfaces.

Focus of your role

Technically answering learners' questions (written and oral) about AI-supported project management, change management and tools such as Copilot, Power Automate and Copilot Studio

• Imparting and deepening training content in kick-off live events, peer learning formats, on-demand mentoring and individual learning support
• Supporting managers and project managers with uncertainties in the learning process as well as with business cases, stakeholder mapping and change projects
• Implementation and evaluation of final projects (including AI readiness frameworks, change impact briefs) as well as decisions on the success of the training
• Creation, preparation and further development of learning materials relating to AI-supported project management, knowledge management and adoption tracking
• Quality assurance of existing training including feedback to the learning team
• Conducting individual coaching sessions on leadership topics such as “Leading Without Authority”, stakeholder communication and change management
• Supporting new team members

Completed studies in a business or project management-related field (e.g. business administration, industrial engineering, business psychology) or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in project, team or program management, ideally in technical or industrial organizations
• Practical experience with AI tools for knowledge workers (e.g. Microsoft 365 Copilot, Codex, Copilot Studio) in a professional context
• Experience in change management, stakeholder communication and creating business cases
• Understanding of AI governance topics (EU AI Act, Responsible AI, human-in-the-loop principles)
• Didactic experience in imparting leadership and management content to executives and project managers
• Understanding of didactic concepts of adult education and online training
• High customer and service orientation, empathy, clear communication and constructive feedback culture
• Hands-on mentality, team spirit, resilience and flexibility
• Very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1)
