Red Team Specialist - Information Security Focus

Role Summary

Technically lead Red Team initiatives, adversary simulation, offensive tests and validation of controls.

Support the definition of methodology, scope, rules of engagement and prioritization of offensive exercises.

Conduct or guide simulations based on tactics, techniques and procedures of real threats.

Identify weaknesses in identity, infrastructure, applications, networks, cloud and operational processes.

Generate mitigation recommendations with technical clarity, risk prioritization and practical guidance.

Connect offensive findings with Blue Team, CSIRT, IAM, AppSec, architecture and governance.

Support the evolution of exposure, resilience and control effectiveness indicators.

The selection process for this vacancy may require a longer period to complete, with completion expected by the end of 2026.

Advanced experience in offensive security, pentest, Red Team, exploitation, post-exploitation and controlled evasion.

Knowledge of MITER ATT&CK, Active Directory, cloud, networks, applications, APIs and corporate environments.

Experience with offensive tools and structured testing methodologies.

Ability to produce technical and executive reports with mitigating recommendations.

Knowledge of ethical, legal and operational limits of offensive activities.
