Information Security Analyst II - Focus on IAM Architecture

Role Summary

• Support design and improvement of identity processes, access, profiles, flows and integrations;
• Participate in automation, standardization and evolution initiatives of IAM solutions;
• Analyze opportunities for improvement in access provisioning, review, approval and governance;
• Support systems integration, requirements definition and validation of identity controls;
• Contribute to the evolution of RBAC, SoD, identity lifecycle and access controls;
• Support technical documentation, procedures, flows and governance criteria;

Work together with architecture, infrastructure, squads, governance and IAM operations.

The selection process for this vacancy may require a longer period to complete, with completion expected by the end of 2026.

Completed Higher Education or Studying in Administration, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems.

• Experience in IAM, access management, systems integration, directories or process automation
• Familiarity with integrations, APIs or automation (scripts, workflows, etc.)
• Understanding identity governance and access controls in corporate environments
• Knowledge of AD, Entra ID, RBAC, SoD and identity lifecycle

• Experience with IAM/IGA Sailpoint and Segura tools
• Experience in regulated environments
• Good communication to work with technical and business areas
