Role Summary

Fixed fee + up to 20% commission | Top Performer = €5000+/month

Remote | Full time | B2B sales | Target group: SMEs in DACH

No call center.

We only want real salespeople – with hunger, drive & closing strength.

Your task

Bring customers to the conclusion – and develop them from starters into real regular customers.

Your daily business

1. You call cold & warm leads and find needs
2. You have real sales conversations, not conversations about conversations
3. You push the conclusion – structured, smart, safe
4. You think for yourself, ask questions, follow suit – until you reach your goal
5. You work closely with Sales Coach & Leadership
6. You develop customers in the long term – through upgrades & upsells

Commission

1. 1-10 deals/month: 12%
2. 11-20 completions: 15%
3. From 21: 17.5%
4. 30+: 20% + bonus
5. Average closing value: €1,500-2,000
6. Top closers earn with us: €5,000–7,000 per month

You are the type of salesperson who asks yourself in the morning:

• “How many degrees will I get today – not whether I’ll get any at all?”
• Then read on.
• ✅ Min. 1 year of sales experience (B2B or B2C – the main thing is that you know how to close)
• ✅ You are independent, self-directed and don't need micro-management
• ✅ You don't just want to sell, you also want to grow
• ✅ Experience in the recruiting environment is a bonus – not a must
