Responsibilities

Your IMPACT & your mission

  • After successful training, you will take over our applicant management - this includes, among other things, the creation of job advertisements, applicant correspondence, organization of interviews, etc.
  • You organize and take part in recruiting events
  • You support your team in drawing up employment contracts and contract changes
  • You work on cross-departmental projects and implement smaller projects independently (e.g. introduction of new HR tools, introduction of new apprenticeships)
  • You take care of personnel development topics, e.g. Learning Corner, Lunch & Learn
  • You support the HR management/HR business partner in day-to-day business

What is important to us: You are a registered student in business administration, business psychology with a focus on HR or similar and communicate fluently in German (at least C1). With your open, communicative nature, you like to approach people and bring your own ideas into discussions. You have in-depth knowledge of MS Office and ideally have already gained some experience in human resources. You also work in a structured and independent manner, are reliable and take the initiative.
