Role Summary

During your work, you will create and update convincing PowerPoint presentations that optimally support our project managers in presenting their results.

You will precisely document measurement data and automate the data import into DOORS to ensure data quality and availability.

You standardize the bi-weekly report for all ASIC development projects and ensure a manageable, clear presentation of progress.

Last but not least, you convert templates and checklists from Word or Excel formats into intuitive app solutions and consolidate documents to leverage synergies and increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • Education: Studies in the field of technology with good academic achievements
  • Experience and know-how: good to very good knowledge of Excel (including VBA basics), PowerPoint, JavaScript, React and front-end development; Experience in documenting measurement data and automating data imports
  • Personality and way of working: you manage to tackle tasks independently and always find creative solutions; You grasp complex issues quickly and proactively contribute new ideas
  • Everyday work: hybrid working environment with office days and mobile working by arrangement
  • Languages: very good German and English
