Role Summary

We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) in the area of IT & process management to join our central team as soon as possible

Smartemis AG was founded in June 2020 with the aim of building its own network of veterinary practices and animal clinics and, once it reaches a certain size, developing it further together with a private equity partner. Our subsidiaries are currently active in the poorly consolidated markets of Germany (Smartemis Deutschland GmbH) and France.

We are a growing network of independent veterinarians that sustainably strengthens veterinary care in Germany. Quality, independence and collaboration are at the heart of our actions.

To provide competent support to our team, we are looking for a dedicated working student (m/f/d) in the area of IT & process management for Smartemis Deutschland GmbH.

Responsibilities

• Introduction, optimization and support of software solutions
• Testing, documentation and quality assurance
• Collaboration on AI and automation projects (focus: ChatGPT Enterprise)
• Identification and implementation of sensible AI use cases
• Support in project management (ClickUp) (planning, tracking, reporting)
• Analysis and optimization of existing processes
• Interface work between IT, departments and external partners

Requirements

• Study of business informatics, computer science, electrical engineering, business administration with an IT focus or a comparable course of study
• Strong interest in software, digital tools, automation and AI
• Structured, analytical and independent way of working
• Ability to understand, question and pragmatically optimize processes
• High software affinity and openness to new technologies
• Initial experience with project management tools or AI applications is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
