Role Summary

Participation in plant management projects: You support current location and special topics, e.g. B. through research, structuring information or preparing results.

Communication & location topics: You help with the creation and maintenance of internal communication formats, e.g. B. Presentations, information for employees, newsletter articles or documents for management circles.

Bosch Production System (BPS): You provide support on topics related to avoiding waste in production and related business processes. This involves, for example, sustainably improving quality, delivery reliability and costs and actively involving employees.

Events, workshops & management formats: You support the planning, organization and follow-up of workshops, site events and management formats, e.g. B. when scheduling appointments, documents or follow-up points.

Ad hoc topics in day-to-day business: You support short-term inquiries, prepare information and help to further process topics in a structured manner.

Requirements

  • Education: You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) at a state-recognized college or university.
  • Experience & tools: You are confident in using common MS Office applications, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Diligence & quality awareness: You work reliably, carefully and keep track of several topics.
  • Way of working: You like to work in a structured manner, think for yourself and, after good training, take on your own tasks step by step.
  • Communication & team spirit: You enjoy exchanging ideas with different interfaces, communicate clearly and enjoy being part of a team.
