In your role as Language Specialist for UK English you will:

1. Support the development of AI companions for UK nurses with your language and cultural expertise

1. Intro Call with our Teamlead Data (30min) – An informal conversation about you, your motivation, and how we work at voize
2. Take Home Exercise (max. 1h) - You’ll gain an understanding of the team’s daily business
3. Expertise Deep Dive (45min) – We talk about your expertise and how you can contribute to what we are building at voize

• Ensuring data quality (voice input, text data) through regular review, error correction, and dataset updates
• Providing localization work for UK English
• Analyzing data and identifying patterns
• Sharing knowledge and insights within the team including the differences of UK English from other English varieties

🤝 YOUR SKILLSET – WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Pursuing studies in relevant fields such as Language, Literature, Nursing, Biology, or Medicine
• Knowledge and interest for health care topics
• Business Fluent English (C2) in both spoken and written form, with a deep understanding of cultural intricacies
• A focused and accurate approach to working with text, with a willingness to handle repetitive tasks
• Excellent team spirit and enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary environment
• You are self-driven, motivated, reliable, and have good time management skills
• You are enrolled at a German university and available to work 20 hours per week
