Working student (f/m/d) copywriting and editing

Role Summary

Are words exactly your thing? Do you like to formulate concisely, creatively and in a way that is tailored to your target group and are you interested in topics relating to real estate, infrastructure, construction, sustainability and digitalization? Then join our team as a working student (12 to 20 hours per week) for at least one year from November 2026.

As part of our copywriting team, you will gain exciting insights into communications work and work in a creative environment with varied topics that shape our corporate communications.

Creation and editing of target group-oriented texts for internal and external communication, including project reports, articles for the online employee magazine, invitations, web texts and advertisements

Further development of the company's own text AI, taking into account the corporate language and defined communication guidelines

Supporting the copywriting team with projects as well as with presentation, research and documentation tasks

Requirements

• Studies in the field of communication management, media management, economics, architecture, civil engineering or a comparable course of study
• Initial experience in editorial or journalistic writing, for example through internships or freelance work
• Strong expression and communication skills as well as an independent, structured way of working, initiative and team spirit
• Confident use of MS Office products, especially Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Teams
• Very good knowledge of German (at least level C1) and good knowledge of English
